To provide you with a ‘taste worth travelling for’ we source all of our meats, seafood and vegetables from selected regions around Australia and the world. We only serve free range chicken from Lilydale farms in Western Australia. We order the tastiest, prime cut beef and lamb from the lush green pastures of Amelia Park. Our juicy Australian Tiger Prawns are a sizable 21/25 grade. Our Kingclip Fish (which is the perfect texture for curries), is imported from New Zealand. All of our dishes are enhanced with our secret spice recipes. We source spices from all over the Indian sub-continent and hand mix the perfect spice combination in our kitchen. All our suppliers are Halal certified, which means even more people can experience the authentic flavours of Punjab!
